Refund policy

At DeltaGreat.com, we want you to be confident in your purchase. While most of our products are considered final sale due to safety, hygiene, and compliance regulations, we evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is always to help where we can.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on new, unopened, and unused items purchased directly from DeltaGreat.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returns may be eligible for a refund to your original payment method or issued as store credit.

We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Non-Returnable If Opened

  • Hemp-derived consumables (edibles, vapes, dabs)
  • Functional mushroom products
  • Disposable vapes
  • E-liquids or vape juice
  • Replacement pods, coils, or atomizers (if factory seal is broken)
  • Batteries and rechargeable devices
  • Glass products and accessories
  • Mouthpieces, drip tips, and other personal-use components

Warranty Coverage

Eligible hardware devices include a 30-day limited warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturer defects only.

Excluded from warranty:

  • Disposables
  • Coils, pods, atomizers
  • Glass and glass accessories
  • Hemp and mushroom products
  • Battery issues due to misuse

To file a claim, contact support@deltagreat.com with your order number and product issue. Proof of damage (photos or video) may be required.

Delivery Issues

Claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice to help us resolve the issue. Minor cosmetic flaws or scratches are considered normal and not covered.

Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Items must be shipped in padded envelopes or boxes.
  • Do not ship to the address on your package. Contact us first for return authorization and the correct return address.

Refunds & Credits

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Shipping charges, Route insurance, and adult signature fees are non-refundable.
  • We cannot issue refunds to deactivated or prepaid cards.

Usage Notice

Using e-liquid devices and vapes with oils, concentrates, or other substances not intended for them voids the warranty. Misuse or unauthorized modifications also void eligibility for return or exchange.
