Due to specific state regulations, the following restrictions apply:

We do not ship any functional or legal mushroom products to:

🚫 Delta THC Products
This includes Delta-8, Delta-9, THCA, THCP, and related hemp-derived cannabinoid products. We do not ship Delta THC products to the following states:

- Alaska
- Arkansas
- California
- Colorado
- Hawaii
- Idaho
- Kansas
- Louisiana
- North Dakota
- Rhode Island
- Texas
- Utah
- Vermont
These restrictions apply regardless of the form (vapes, edibles, dabs, or disposables).
Customer Responsibility for Legal Compliance
Before placing an order, customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local, state, and federal laws applicable to their shipping address.
By purchasing from DeltaGreat.com, you represent and warrant that the products ordered are legal to possess and receive in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates shipping restrictions or any applicable laws.
Shipping Times and Carriers
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Adult Signature and Delivery
Some products may require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery in accordance with federal or state law. Please ensure someone of legal age is available to receive the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping provider directly. For further assistance, contact us at support@deltagreat.com.
We highly recommend selecting Route Package Protection at checkout for insured shipping coverage.
Additional Shipping Terms & Disclaimers
🚫 Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:

An incorrect or incomplete shipping address,

Repeated failed delivery attempts,

Refusal to accept the package, or

Legal restrictions in the destination jurisdiction,
we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees from your refund, if one is issued. Shipping fees, Route Protection, and adult signature charges are non-refundable.
If a returned package contains restricted items or is seized in transit due to legal noncompliance, no refund will be issued.
⚠️ Route Package Protection
We highly recommend selecting Route Package Protection at checkout. Route provides coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If Route is not selected, DeltaGreat.com is not liable for:

Lost or stolen packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier,

Packages damaged in transit,

Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
All claims for shipping issues must be filed directly with Route or the appropriate carrier unless the error was on our part.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or failure to deliver products due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
